MY name is La Tanya and I am a 28 year old mother of two.... I gained weight from months of hormones trying to get pregnant with my son... They didnt work I just gained weight, Then couple months later I got pregnant and had my son, I immediately ran to the gym and began working out, then I found out I was pregnant again with my daughter, I became depressed and ate everything... After I had her I was even more depressed and didnt care too much about life and before I knew I was over weight... I dont know anything about dieting I was always very small growing up up until maybe 3 years ago.... I need help I try to watch what I eat and I work out but nothing is working... Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong... Just recently I tried Slim Quick Cleanse... it didnt work for me... Is there a better diet pill out there that can help me burn fat faster? I don't think diet pills are the way to go, however if you simple feel you have to go that way then I would suggest XtremeLean
I have had a few clients try this and they were really pleased, also it in Ephedrine Free.
I would suggest going on a 21 day body cleanse, starting with a 8 day juice fast, then a 3 day introduction phase, and then 10 day raw foods. and then slowly bring back in the foods you were eating befores (in moderation and NO processed junk)
Also work out every other day for about 1/2 hour of INTENSE workout and about 15 minutes of warm up and cool down, this (warm up cool down) is very important it saves you from pulling muscles, also it improves your coordination and reaction time:)
