Well, not yet, but I will be! I will be documenting my weight loss in the journal on this forum and by 1 month I want to show you guys that I am a new person by losing 10-15 pounds...

Will I win? Will I lose? We'll see!

Good luck! I, too have been struggling with my weight; and I think that a food diary is the only way to go. I find that when I don't keep track, little bites seem to slip in here and there. Not good! Hope this helps!
